Use of this adjustable stem bike :

This aluminium adjustable stem bike is designed to be assembled on an MTB, e-bike or city bike for occasionnal use. The angle adjustment allows the handlebar to be raised and brought closer to the rider to obtain a more upright position for more comfort.

It length is 90 mm between axis, it is designed for a handlebar composed by a fixture diameter 25.4 mm, for a fork tube diameter 1" (25.4 mm) or 22.2 mm and a headset to be screwed . 

Assembly of this adjustable stem bike : 

The assembly of this adjustable stem bike is simple and fast, the operation only requires only a set of allen keys. With this adjustable stem bike it is not necessary to disassemble the components on the handlebar such as grips, brake levers and shifters because it can be totally open for the fixture of the handlebar. 

Assembly methodology of this adjustable stem bike :

• Unscrew the screws of the handlebar fixture and remove the cap 
• Unscrew and remove the cap of the headset
• Unscrew the stem fixture with the fork tube
• Remove the stem
• Put the stem on the fork tube 
• Put the handlebar and the cap 
• Put the cap on the headset 
• Adjust the handlebar and screw with the correct torque value the fixtures 
• Adjust the headset
• Adjust the stem and the wheel axle 
• Screw with the correct torque value the stem fixture with the fork tube 
• Adjust the stem angle 
• Screw with the correct torque value the fixture of the stem for the angle adjustment
