The TA Axix Light bottom bracket is a top-of-the-range model, rigid and light. The square is ISO standard and the thread of the bottom bracket is BSC type 1.37x24T for a bottom bracket frame box width 68 mm, the axle is 110 mm long. The tightening of the bottom bracket allows a preloaded mounting of the bearings to improve their efficiency.

Assembly of this bottom bracket axle:

The assembly of this crank axle requires a set of allen wrenches, a crank puller, and a Shimano type crank axle loosening tool.

Assembly method of this bottom bracket axle:

• Unscrew the fixing screws of the cranks on the crank axle
• Put the extractor on each of the cranks to extract them
• Use the loosening tool to remove the crank axle
• Lubricate the threads in the bottom bracket
• Put and torque this TA Axix Light crank axle
• Grease the axle squares
• Place the chain on one of the chainring of the right crank
• Assemble the cranks on the bottom bracket
• Torque tighten the axle bolts on the cranks
