Please note that the tubular tires need to be replaced. The rear wheel axle makes a slight rubbing/grinding sensation when rotating, but this does not restrict the wheel's rotation. The wheel axles have no play. The stickers are also missing from the front wheel.

The braking surfaces are in very good condition and are not worn or grooved, making this wheelset suitable for use with rim brakes.
