The Mavic 230 SBP is a 26-inch MTB rim made from double-wall aluminium. Its construction with stainless steel eyelets provides increased strength around the spoke holes, making it suitable for building or refurbishing a mountain bike wheel.

With 36 spoke holes, this rim is designed for use with a 36-hole hub. Its ETRTO size of 559 x 17 corresponds to the standard 26-inch MTB wheel size.

This rim is designed for use with rim brakes and an inner tube fitted with a Schrader valve.
