The assembly of this Time Ulteam carbon bicycle stem requires a set of allen wrenches, ideally a torque wrench in order to apply the torque values corresponding to the diameters of the screws. To avoid cracks or damage in the carbon, it is mandatory to apply the correct torque values for the screws so as not to damage the stem or the fork tube. The front of this carbon bicycle stem opens completely, so there is no need to replace the bar tape or disassemble the brake levers when changing it.
