Assembling a freeride mountain bike frame requires technical skills and a thorough understanding of the bike's components. Before you begin, make sure you have all the necessary tools and follow the manufacturer's specifications. Here is a general tutorial for assembling a freeride mountain bike frame:

Necessary material :

- Freeride MTB frame

- Fork

- Headset

- Crankset

- Front and rear derailleur

- Handlebar

- Stem

Assembly steps:

1. Preparing the frame:

- Make sure the frame is clean and free of any packaging or protective materials.

- Check the threads and mating surfaces to ensure they are in good condition.

2. Assembling the headset:

- Insert the headset into the head tube of the frame.

- Add necessary spacers based on your handlebar height preference.

- Install the stem and tighten the bolts according to the manufacturer's specifications.

3. Installing the fork:

- Insert the fork into the steering tube.

- Make sure the fork is correctly oriented and aligned.

- Tighten the fork clamp bolts to specification.

4. Assembly of the crankset components:

- Install the cranks on the bottom bracket axle using the appropriate fixing device.

- Mount the chainrings on the cranks according to the manufacturer's specifications.

- Install the crankset into the bottom bracket of the frame.

5. Installation of transmission components:

- Attach the front derailleur to the frame tube.

- Install the rear derailleur onto the rear derailleur hanger.

- Adjust the derailleur cables according to the chosen gear configuration.

6. Mounting the brakes:

- Fix the brake calipers on the lugs provided for this purpose.

- Mount the brake levers on the handlebars.

- Attach the brake cables and adjust them to achieve balanced braking.

7. Assembling the handlebars, stem and grips:

- Attach the stem to the head tube and tighten the bolts.

- Attach the handlebars to the stem.

- Install the grips on the handlebars.

8. Seat post and saddle installation:

- Insert the seat post into the seat tube of the frame.

- Attach the saddle to the seat post at the desired height.

9. Wheel and tire assembly:

- Attach the wheels to the frame using the appropriate axles.

- Mount the tires according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

10. Final checks:

- Make sure all components are properly tightened and adjusted.

- Check that the brakes are working correctly.

- Check that the transmission shifts through all gears.

- Adjust the suspension according to your preferences and manufacturer's specifications.
