Miche is an Italian manufacturer of bicycle components, based in San Vendemiano in the province of Treviso.

It was in 1919 that Ferdinand Michelin created Fac Michelin Srl which would later be abbreviated Miche. This family business first manufactures complete bicycles, then mopeds under the Ciclopiave brand and finally components for bicycles.

Miche is now run by the third generation of the Michelin family.

The majority of processing operations from raw materials to finished products are controlled internally in the Miche factory located in Italy. This internal production makes it possible to control the quality of the products as well as their industrialization costs. Miche also has its own testing laboratory in order to subject its products, as well as those of competitors, to numerous aging tests.

In 1935, the first Miche parts and accessories were produced.

In 1963, the company was split into two between the children of the founders, Italo Michelin took over the management of the accessories and parts division while his brother Tideo Michelin ran the bicycle activity under the name Stella Veneta.

It was at this time that the Michelin group based in France contacted Fac Michelin Srl so that customers could not get the wrong company. It was agreed that Fac Michelin Srl should Miche and that she could use this name for the sale of bicycle components but not for tires.

After the death of Tideo Michelin, the bicycle activity was sold and closed.

For a long time Miche not only manufactured its components but also carried out a resale activity for the Campagnolo, Gipiemme, Peugeot, Pinarello or Raleigh brands.
